
ABOUT ME
Brenna Larsen is an aspiring singer-songwriter and manager based out of Portland Oregon. Graduating from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Business Management in 2020, Brenna has continued to win the hearts of Portland locals through her captivating performances. She began writing music at the age of 12 when she first picked up an acoustic guitar, then quickly graduated to playing at local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the Portland- metro area. Some recent shows of hers include Maryhill Winery, Stem Wine Bar, Portland Farmer's Market, Mississippi Pizza and lots more.
She is passionate about creating an upbeat and inviting atmosphere, utilizing western acoustic and electric jazz guitar. Citing influences such as Joni Mitchell, Johnny Cash, The Roches, songwriting is at the forefront of her music. She loves to involve the audience with catchy lyrics and melodies and creates music that everyone can relate and groove to. She writes songs to bring people together and as a raw reminder that things will be ok! Her music is available on all streaming services and has even been featured on the radio from stations in Nashville to the Netherlands. She has had songs featured on platforms through Shady Pines Radio, Berklee, Local Roots Music NW, Tiny Dorm Sessions, Section 36 Music, Valley F.M. Radio and more. She also has a passion for managing live events and other talented artists. She is currently looking for collaborations with other songwriters as well as partnering with other musicians looking for management representation.
Most recent, she has been honored to be teaching voice and guitar, as well as guest teaching songwriting to summer students at Clackamas Community College. She has been working with Sofar Sounds Portland, working behind the scenes putting on shows across Portland, as well as songwriting often releasing new music.
